Meet The Collaborators
Mytia Hardnett
Mytia is the Youth Director at Calvary's Cross Learning Center and the organizer of the Troup County Innovators (TCI). She is an ordained youth minister and a Certified Child Development Associate (CDA) who uses her knowledge and skills to empower the youth to grow both spiritually and naturally. Her personal experience comes from being the mother of five children (one who has special needs). Her struggles as a young mother led her to develop a relationship with God and she has been teaching the youth of her community for more than 20 years now. Her job titles include Paraprofessional, Early Childhood Development Teacher, and Youth Director. She resides in Lagrange, Georgia.

Denise Cavaness-Dailey
Denise is the CEO of Arise Education Solutions & VOW Ministries. She is an ordained minister with a passion for service. As an certified educator for the state of Texas, Denise put her skills to use serving at risk youth populations within her community. Denise received her MS in Education Leadership and used this accomplishment to train teachers who possessed the passion to make a difference by serving at risk youth. She went on to receive a second MS in Christian Leadership and ministry is her lifelong passion. Denise uses her passion to collaborate with like-minded organizations in spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ in a practical and effective way. She resides in Dallas, Texas.
Dawn Murray
Dawn is the CEO of GANGS 4 Greatness. She is a proponent of youth empowerment and for 25 years she has worked within communities to promote change for young people struggling find their value. She works with a plethora of organizations in the California and Las Vegas area to provide hope and direction for the youth. She is the proud mother of five children who she raised as a single mother in her home state of California. God made us all a gift of His likeness. Being able to articulate the narratives that inform our success is important for all generations past, present, and future. Dawn leads the charge of empowering youth to strive for greatness by creating a village that facilitates the communication and support needed to help them become who they were created to be. She is a Marine Corps Veteran and she majors in Political Science. She resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Quandrea Patterson
Quandrea is the CEO of FACTS Community Empowerment. She is a dedicated public servant with a passion to help people develop and thrive. Her public service background includes military, foster care advocate, public school teacher, advisor to veterans, homeless ministry, prison ministry, youth ministry and numerous leadership and development projects. She has a BS in Human Relations and a MBA in Marketing. Her passion is to play a role in helping people develop and thrive by communicating life purpose and creating steps to help with maximizing potential. We are created in the image of God and her work starts with empowering that connection. She resides in Arlington, Virginia.
